AYH2020 welding industry monitoring system is an industrial welding monitoring system. It adopts the analog high-definition imaging "Anba scheme", has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong adaptability, vivid color and stable industrial performance. The signal of the device is transmitted to the industrial display through software and hardware processing and a series of shielding protection, so that the human eye can recognize and judge the welding quality, so as to adjust the process and improve the production quality and efficiency.

The system can be connected with 1 or 2 cameras, which can be used to observe the weld forming situation before and after the welding machine. Standard configuration 15m special shielding cable with connector, can real-time video to host SD card, can view video, tape recording, can adjust the amount of light into the camera, imaging contrast, white balance, red balance and other high-level menu.

The device is suitable for argon arc welding, gas shielded welding, plasma welding, electric welding, etc. It can be adapted to TIG, MIG, MAG, laser, composite arc suppression, to assist the operator to see clearly: molten pool, welding material, base metal and weld formation process, so as to adjust the parameters to control the welding quality.
